REFUND AND RETURN

At SnowPeak Apparel INC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your down apparel purchase, including vests, cropped down jackets, midi and long down jackets, and high-performance outdoor down gear for hiking and skiing. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility
   Timeframe: You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
   Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
   Exception: Special sale items are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Request
   To request a return, please follow the steps below:
   Contact Us: Email our customer service team to request a return authorization.
   Return Instructions: We will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the order was incorrect.
4. Refund Process
   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
   If you require an exchange for a different size or style, please return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
   If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
