We offer shipping within the United States and select internationally on all down apparel, including down vests, cropped down jackets, midi and long down jackets, and performance outdoor down jackets.

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers
   We use the following carriers to ensure timely delivery of your order:
   United States Postal Service (USPS)
   FedEx
   UPS
2. Processing Time
   Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.
   Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates
   Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
   Standard shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
   Expedited shipping: Available at checkout, estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
   Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather and holidays.
5. International Shipping
   We offer international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
   International deliveries may take longer. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Order Tracking
   Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
7. Shipping Issues
   If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
